Which visit should I book?
- Limited exam ($49): you have one problem, such as a toothache, a chipped tooth or a lost filling.
- Comprehensive exam ($99): you want a full checkup and a treatment plan, but need a separate cleaning visit or already had a recent cleaning.
- Comprehensive exam + cleaning ($179): you want a full checkup and cleaning, and your gums are healthy enough for a basic cleaning.
If the dentist finds gum disease, you may need a deep cleaning (scaling and root planing) instead of a basic cleaning. You get a written estimate before any treatment.
What should I bring to my first visit?
- Photo ID
- Your dental insurance card (and Medicare Advantage card, if you have one)
- A list of medicines and supplements you take, including blood thinners
- Your doctor’s name and any recent medical changes
- Recent dental X-rays from another office, if you have them
- For children: a parent or legal guardian and the child’s insurance or Medicaid/CHIP card
What happens at your first visit?
- Check in at the front desk and fill out your health history and consent forms. Forms are completed at your visit.
- We take X-rays: a panoramic X-ray, plus intraoral X-rays for a comprehensive exam.
- The dentist examines your teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues, including an oral cancer check at a comprehensive exam.
- If you booked a cleaning and your gums are healthy, we clean your teeth.
- The dentist explains what they found in plain language and gives you a written estimate for any treatment.

Who will I see, and what languages do you speak?
You will see one of our two dentists: Dr. Arpitkumar Patel or Dr. Harsh Patel. Our team speaks English, Spanish, Gujarati and Hindi.
Children are welcome from their first tooth or first birthday. We do their exams, cleanings, fluoride and sealants, and we treat cavities and extractions here too. If a child needs to be sedated for treatment, we refer you to a pediatric dentist.
