Booking a family visit

If several people in your household are due for checkups, tell us when you call or book online. We will try to line up the appointments back to back, often on a Saturday morning, so the whole family is done in one trip.

For children, bring any insurance or Medicaid/CHIP card and a list of medicines or allergies. For adults, bring your PPO or Medicare Advantage card so we can confirm benefits ahead of time. New patient forms are completed at the visit.

Hours, insurance and new patient prices

We see patients Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, 9am–3pm. We accept most PPO plans and verify your benefits ahead of time. Medicare Advantage plans with dental benefits are accepted, and children can use Texas Medicaid/CHIP through DentaQuest, MCNA or UHC Dental. We accept Cherry, Sunbit and CareCredit for patient financing (see financing options), and you can use an FSA or HSA card for dental treatment.

Self-pay new patient visits:

New patient visitSelf-pay price
Limited exam + panoramic X-ray (one problem or a quick check)$49
Comprehensive exam + panoramic + intraoral X-rays$99
Comprehensive exam + X-rays + basic cleaning$179

Other treatment gets a written estimate before we start. See all published dental prices.

If your employer dental plan is through UnitedHealthcare, Principal, Sun Life or Guardian, we are in network and can check your benefits before your visit. The full list is on our insurance page.

Our new patient guide explains what to bring, and the contact page has directions and hours. Because we are open on Saturdays, the whole family can come in together for family dentistry without missing school or work.
