We collect information directly from you when you book an appointment, call, email or text us, and when you visit our office. We may also receive information from third parties you have authorized to share it with us, such as your dental insurance plan.

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads tag. These services place cookies in your browser and collect information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at our site, your general location (city level), your device and browser type, and whether you tapped to call us, opened our online booking or asked for directions. We use this information to improve the website and to measure and improve our advertising. We do not send your name, health information or other details you type into our online scheduler to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or turn off personalized ads in your Google account’s ad settings. The website will still work if you block these cookies.

We share it only as needed with service providers that help us run our website, online scheduling and patient communications, who may use it only to provide those services to us; when required by law or legal process; or in the good-faith belief that disclosure is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Richmond Dental Care, our patients or others.
Online booking is provided through a third-party scheduling service. Information you enter there is also subject to that service’s own privacy policy.

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. Some records, such as dental records, must be kept for a period required by law. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
6. Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will take steps to delete it. Parents and guardians provide information for minor patients.
7. Text message communications
If you give us your mobile number, we may send text messages about your care, such as appointment reminders. Promotional texts are sent only if you agree to receive them.
