Rosenberg borders Richmond to the southwest, and both cities are connected by US 90A. I-69/US 59 runs along Rosenberg’s south side. Our office is on the Grand Parkway (SH 99) on the north side of Richmond.
- Via I-69/US 59: head northeast toward Sugar Land and take the Grand Parkway (SH 99) north. Continue into Richmond to 8019 W Grand Pkwy S.
- Via US 90A: drive east through Richmond to the Grand Parkway, which has an exit at US 90 Alt/FM 1464, then go north.

When to call us
Call if a tooth is throbbing, a filling or crown came out, a tooth broke, or your gum is swollen. If a permanent tooth is knocked out, keep it moist and call right away. Go to the ER or call 911 for swelling spreading in your face or neck, trouble breathing or swallowing, high fever, or a possible broken jaw. Hours, insurance and new patient prices
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, 9am–3pm. We accept most PPO plans (checked before your visit) and Medicare Advantage plans with dental benefits. We are not in network for adult Medicaid. We accept Cherry, Sunbit and CareCredit for patient financing (see financing options), and you can use an FSA or HSA card for dental treatment.
